Overview
The end-to-end project timeline (Interconnection Application through Final Acceptance) was slightly faster than the market average with completion achieved in 27.3 months compared to an average of 29.3 months.
A significant factor contributing to this pace was Microgrid's ability to immediately move from full payment of their roughly $1.3m upgrade costs into the start of construction.
The Grand Street project became operational in Q4'23 with little delay from Con Edison's Final Acceptance and energy being discharged with a total of 5,966 kWh discharged in Q4'23 and 272,630 kWh in Q1'24.
To date, the project has discharged a total of 734,361 kWh.
